Abstract

В период войны работа государственных и общественных органов была направлена на воспитание молодого поколения в духе любви к Родине, готовности к самоотверженной работе в тылу и героическим подвигам на фронте. С учетом того, что в годы войны многие дети остались без родителей, прокурорский надзор за исполнением законодательства строился с учетом этих условий. Внимание органов прокуратуры было сосредоточено вопросам охраны прав детей, борьбы с детской беспризорностью и с преступностью среди несовершеннолетних. Прокуратура Таджикской ССР осуществляла надзор за исполнением законов об охране детей сирот, об опеке и патронате, о борьбе с детской беспризорностью, безнадзорностью и преступностью; об усилении охраны материнства и детства, о своевременном рассмотрении заявления о назначении пенсий и пособий, о сохранности денежных средств и продуктов питания отпускаемых на содержание детей.
