Abstract

Представленная статья посвящена анализу нормативно-правовых актов, отражающих особенности правового регулирования взыскания недоимки по налогам и сборам за счет денежных средств на счетах налогоплательщиков в банках. В статье проанализирована процедура взыскания задолженности за счет денежных средств на счетах налогоплательщиков в банках, проведен анализ правовых норм, регулирующих указанную процедуру, позиций Конституционного суда РФ по рассматриваемому вопросу, наглядно отражена неоднозначность профессиональной оценки рассмотренных правовых норм.
