Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка сопряжения институтов гарантий субъективных экологических прав и правозащитных рисков с системообразующих позиций. Такое соотношение ориентировано на поиск путей повышения эффективности практического осуществления профильного правообеспечения; основано на переосмыслении сущностных характеристик метода классификации и специфики содержания результатов его применения.
