Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию законодательства Российской Федерации, регламентирующего вопросы совершенствования практики контрольно-надзорной и разрешительной деятельности уполномоченных органов государственной власти и оптимизации предоставления государственных услуг в области охраны окружающей среды и обеспечения экологической безопасности с целью выявления административных барьеров, пробелов правового регулирования в рассматриваемой сфере и поиску путей их устранения.
