Abstract

Проблемы, возникающие с финансированием компаний, обусловлены труднодоступностью источников привлечения финансовых ресурсов и отсутствием эффективной системы выбора этих источников. В связи с этим необходимо развивать существующие в российской и зарубежной теории и практике методические подходы к выбору эффективных и доступных источников финансирования деятельности компаний.
