Способ Обоснования Замены Действующего Инвестиционного Проекта На Альтернативный Вариант

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются известные приемы оптимизации эксплуатации инвестиционного проекта и выявляются их недостатки. Предлагается новый формализованный способ, позволяющий более обоснованно найти срок замены действующего проекта возможным альтернативным инвестиционным проектом за счет расширенного учета особенностей денежных потоков, ставок дисконтирования и показателей эффективности инвестиционных проектов.
