Abstract

В статье рассмотрены недостатки правого регулирования защиты прав потребителей в сфере туризма и делается вывод о необходимости утверждения Правительством РФ типового договора о туристическом обслуживании, в котором должен быть более четко определен предмет обязательств туроператора и турагента в сфере туристического обслуживания, объем их прав и обязанностей, а также разграничена гражданско-правовая ответственность туроператора и турагента перед туристами при заключении, исполнении и прекращении договоров.
