Abstract

В данной статье авторами рассматриваются правовые вопросы государственного управления реформированием в различные этапы развития Российского государства. В частности, исследуются проблемы государственного управления до революции 1917 г. и в советский период, а также делаются существенные и значимые выводы, которые позволяют по-новому и комплексно проанализировать правовое обеспечение государственного управления реформированием в России.
