Abstract

в работе рассматривается актуальные проблемы саморегулирования рекламной деятельности. Обосновывается необходимость предоставления саморегулируемым организациям особого статуса, а также более эффективных инструментов для контроля за своими членами. В работе подчеркивается, что недостаточно формализован механизм разрешения конфликтов внутри профессионального сообщества, а также не предусмотрен отзыва лицензий и решения статуса саморегулируемой организации за неправомерные действия ее членов, а также не достаточно формализованы процедуры и механизмы управления фондами саморегулируемых организаций. Выявлена правовая коллизия статей Федеральных законов, что препятствует информационной открытости саморегулируемых организаций.
