Правовой Стимул: Понятие, Структура

Abstract

Правовой стимул рассматривается в разрезе разграничения права и закона. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что правовой стимул всегда содержит в себе награду. Нормы, закрепляющие дозволения, запреты, стимулы не могут иметь одинакового строения, поскольку они нацелены на достижение прямо противоположных целей.
