Abstract

в статье рассматриваются основные теоретические подходы к определению понятия энергетической безопасности, анализируются работы отечественных и зарубежных авторов, посвященных исследованию проблем обеспечения энергетической безопасности в России и зарубежом. Предлагается авторское определение энергетической безопасности.
