Правовое Обеспечение Качества Товаров: Законодательство Требует Корректив

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам законодательного регулирования отношений между покупателями и поставщиками по определению качества товаров и ведению рекламационной работы. Автор рассматривает основные источники правового регулирования этих отношений, анализирует отдельные вопросы арбитражной практики. В рамках работы дан анализ нормам права и практике их применения и выявлены существующие пробелы в законодательстве. Сформулированы выводы и предложения, направленные на совершенствование правового регулирования отношений по определению качества товаров. Автор рекомендует внести изменения в некоторые нормы Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, регулирующие вопросы качества товаров.
