Abstract

Большое влияние на развитие экономики Ливии оказывают принципы проведения государственной политики в сфере недропользования, налогообложения, а также совершенствования законодательства о недрах. Своеобразие государственно-политического устройства Ливии отражается и на особенностях регулирования всех перечисленных проблем. Учитывая, что в Ливии установлен военный режим, исповедующий идеи арабского национализма, социализма и ислама и в стране нет Конституции, а «Основным законом общества» является Коран, то исследование вопросов о правовом регулировании топливно-энергетического комплекса, являются главной составляющей интереса автора к данной теме.
