Abstract

В статье П.А. Пригорща рассмотрены актуальные проблемы, связанные с понятием и сущностью требования прокурора как акта прокурорского реагирования (виды актов прокурорского реагирования, характерные черты и признаки). Так же нашли свое отражение проблемы, связанные с внесением и порядком рассмотрения требований прокурора как одного из распространенных видов актов прокурорского реагирования. Все эти вопросы автор достаточно подробно рассматривает в данной статье и предлагает свое решение.
