Abstract

статья посвящена значению норм финансового права для ликвидации последствий мирового финансового кризиса. В ней рассмотрены вопросы общей теории финансового права, необходимость совершенствования образования в данной области, предложен текст разделов Закона «О финансах», а также сделан анализ предложений Президента РФ Д.А.Медведева в рамках 20-ки и ШОС.
