Конституционная Основа Модернизации Государственного Устройства России

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются взаимодействие гарантирующих норм Конституции, и государственных интересов Российской Федерации, в условиях модернизации государственного устройства России. Так как при принятии в Российскую Федерацию нового региона должны учитываться и интересы общества, и принципы федеративного устройства Российской Федерации. Представлено заключение о необходимости укрепления федеративных начал российского государства, заложенных действующей Конституцией и законодательством Российской Федерации.
