Abstract

в статье говорится о необходимости разграничения полномочий дознавателей отделов дознания и административной практики органов государственного пожарного надзора федеральной противопожарной службы, являющихся органами дознания, и полномочий оперативных работников ОВД (полиции), также являющихся органами дознания.
