Abstract

В данной работе исследуется правовая основа участия населения субъектов Российской Федерации в региональном нормотворчестве. Данное исследование позволило определить пути решения проблемных вопросов в рассматриваемой сфере, воплощение которых в жизнь будет содействовать повышению политической активности населения регионов.
