Abstract

одной из глобальных и достаточно острых проблем современности, от решения которых зависит нормальное развитие мирового сообщества в будущем, является проблема коррупции. В условиях глобализации данная проблема приобретает новое качество, которое выражается в ее транснациональных формах. В декабре 1997 г. Организацией Экономического сотрудничества и развития была подписана Конвенция по борьбе с подкупом иностранных должностных лиц при проведении международных деловых операций. В январе 2012 Российская Федерация также ратифицировала Конвенцию по борьбе с подкупом иностранных должностных лиц при проведении международных деловых операций. Присоединение к данной конвенции должно прежде всего повысить антикоррупционный рейтинг России в мире и способствовать повышению привлекательности национальной экономики и привлечению инвестиций из других государств. Также присоединение к конвенции будет способствовать более плодотворному сотрудничеству РФ с международными организациями.
