Abstract

В статье автор анализирует источники lex mercatoria в области финансовых рынков, а также практику их применения участниками рынка ценных бумаг Российской Федерации. Подвергаются анализу новеллы правового регулирования в РФ, допускающие использование и ссылку на источники lex mercatoria при совершении трансграничных сделок с ценными бумагами и производными финансовыми инструментами.
