Abstract

Основой производства продукции является производственный процесс, деятельность которого влияет на себестоимость продукции. Автор раскрывает возможные направления оптимизации процесса, приводится сравнительная характеристика типов планировки производственных постов, выявляются причины потерь ресурсов, рассчитывается экономическая эффективность повышения синхронизации.
