Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме изменений в структуре управления образованием в современных условиях. Основными задачами являются не только вопросы преобразования, совершенствования организационных структур управления и подходов к организации образовательного процесса, но и пересмотра учебных планов, программ и технологий обучения.
