Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена сущностному определению качественных характеристик экономического роста предпринимательства как системы, а также устойчивости экономического роста. Представлена новая системная парадигма развития малого и среднего бизнеса в единстве трех аспектов устойчивости: экономического роста, нового его качества и эффективности развития. Сформированы основные интегральные показатели, отображающие новое качество экономического роста.
