Abstract

Рискогенностъ стратегических слияний и поглощений негативно проявляется в качестве причины дивергенции реального и финансового секторов экономики. Решение проблемы отрыва финансового сектора экономики от реального возможно на основе создания механизма компенсации рискогенно-сти стратегической корпоративной интеграции. Существование факторов нивелирования существующей разницы в привлекательности для собственников капитала финансовых спекуляций и прямого инвестирования является аргументом в пользу такогоразвития хозяйственного механизма.
