Об Оппортунистическом Поведении Российских Госкорпораций В Плане Выплаты Дивидендов

Abstract

Определена роль государства как акционера крупных корпораций на развивающихся рынках капитала. Выявлена сущность оппортунистического поведения госкорпораций в плане выплаты дивидендов. Приведены статистические данные о соблюдении крупнейшими российскими акционерными обществами с государственным участием норматива дивидендных выплат. Проанализированы законодательные предпосылки формирования дивидендной политики российских акционерных обществ. Представлены рекомендации по предотвращению оппортунистического поведения российских госкорпораций в плане выплаты дивидендов, касающиеся государственного регулирования дивидендной политики.
