Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы кризисного состояния системы налогообложения в России и перспектив его преодоления. Выявлены и проанализированы важнейшие изъяны действующей налоговой системы, доказана ее исключительно фискальная направленность в экономике. Обоснована стратегия проведения налоговой реформы, дана характеристика ее важнейшим составляющим, одной из которых является введение разновекторности налогов.
