Abstract

В соответствии с выявленными отраслевыми особенностями определены основные направления развития системы внутреннего контроля. Автором выявлены основные риски, присущие организациям коксохимической промышленности, которые следует учесть при разработке системы внутреннего контроля. Определены основные моменты оценки, анализа и управления рисками, которые подлежат внедрению в систему внутреннего контроля и управления рисками.
