О Позиции Стран Евросоюза В Отношении Эмиссии И Обращения Виртуальных Валют

Abstract

Приведены и проанализированы позиции стран Евросоюза относительно эмиссии и обращения виртуальных валют. Выявлено отсутствие единства мнений. Также проанализированы точки зрения Европейского центрального банка и Европейского банковского управления в отношении виртуальных валют. Определено новое для экономической практики понятие «цифровое выражение стоимости».
