Abstract

Эффективное развитие акционерных обществ, имеющих миноритарных акционеров, требует внедрения в практику корпоративного менеджмента элементов Кодекса корпоративного поведения. С точки зрения инвестора важнейшим является раздел Кодекса о правах акционеров, включая дивидендную политику. В статье дается обзорная характеристика Кодекса, приведены сведения о соблюдении Кодекса российскими акционерными обществами в части дивидендных прав акционеров.
