Abstract

Необходимость расширенного воспроизводства на предприятии требует значительных финансовых вливаний, которые зачастую можно получить только из внешних источников. Важную роль в формировании капитала организации играют финансовые рынки, особенно рынок ссудного капитала и фондовый рынок. В современной России проблема взаимосвязи реального и финансового секторов экономики особенно актуальна. Рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования финансового рынка для удовлетворения потребностей предприятий в инвестициях.
