Бухгалтерская (Финансовая) Отчетность На Современном Этапе: Проблемы И Решения

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные изменения в бухгалтерской отчетности за последнее время, детально рассмотрены разновидности отчетов с присущими им изменениями на основе новых законов, Положений по бухгалтерскому учету (ПБУ) и толкований Минфина. Приведены разновидности форм отчетности для разных организаций. Рассмотрены структура отчетов и их особенности. Раскрыты понятия, проведена аналогия с предыдущими названиями этих понятий. Особое внимание уделено аудиторскому заключению. Главное достоинство статьи в том, что все основные проблемы, возникающие при составлении бухгалтерской отчетности, рассмотрены и к ним найдены соответствующие решения.
