Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности функционирования механизма диагностики финансовой несостоятельности предприятий и обоснована необходимость его рассмотрения как особой управленческой технологии. Приводятся доказательства недостаточной проработанности отдельных элементов механизма, а также их авторская интерпретация. Предлагается альтернативный методический подход, нацеленный на совершенствование механизма диагностики финансовой несостоятельности предприятий.
