Abstract

В 2013 г. на российском рынке публичных размещений наметились определенные улучшения, что свидетельствует о сохранении определённого потенциала развития. Но усиление прежних, а также появление новых негативных тенденций обусловило продолжение стагнации. Нынешний 2014 г. начался не очень удачно. Высокая волатильность на рынках капитала, ухудшение экономической ситуации в ряде стран мира, возросшие политические риски эти, а также многие другие факторы не позволяют продемонстрировать положительную динамику.
