Abstract

Представлен краткий обзор организации деятельности Европейского центрального банка: история создания ЕЦБ, научное определение ЕЦБ, цели и задачи, правовая основа, организационная структура, обязательства отчётности, уставный капитал, независимость, стратегия денежно-кредитной политики, инструменты денежно-кредитной политики (операции на открытом рынке, минимальные резервы, постоянно действующие механизмы), отчёты Совета ЕЦБ о результатах деятельности ЕЦБ в 2010, 2011 и 2012 гг. В конце статьи представлен перечень основных используемых научных терминов.
