Методологические И Методические Основы Стратегического Планирования В Крупном Коммерческом Предприятии

Abstract

Анализируются методологические и методические подходы, используемые для стратегического планирования в управлении коммерческим предприятием. Доказывается мысль о важности научной обоснованности всех механизмов управления организацией и, в частности, таким важным аспектом ее деятельности, как планирование. Раскрывается содержание системного, си-нергетического и других методов планирования. Уточняется следование таким принципам планирования, как единство, непрерывность, гибкость, точность и участие. Анализируются процессы и процедуры стратегического и тактического планирования. Дается характеристика различных стадий планирования, степень и содержание участия в этой деятельности всех сотрудников организации от высшего до низшего звена.
