Abstract

Представлен анализ современной отечественной и зарубежной научной экономической литературы (экономические словари, в том числе электронные; работы западных и российских экономистов) по проблеме «Понятие и сущность центрального банка», представлено многообразие современных точек зрения. В научной экономической литературе появился новый термин «Европейский центральный банк». В итоге мы предлагаем широкий подход для исследования вопроса сущности центрального банка.
