Abstract

В связи с увеличением продолжительности жизни возникла проблема продолжения нормального существования и полноценного участия в трудовой деятельности, общественной и политической жизни пожилых людей, согласно действующим сегодня возрастным нормативам относимых к категории нетрудового возраста. Сегодня все элементы инфраструктуры жизни ориентированы на создание условий для полноценной жизни только одного доминирующего поколения, следствием чего является возрастная дискриминация. Между тем требование на равноправное существование уже предъявляют, по меньшей мере, два поколения. Созидательный выход из положения создание новой инфраструктуры жизни для многих поколений одновременно.
