Abstract

В статье анализируется состояние и развитие сельских территорий Российской Федерации, акцентировано внимание на неупорядоченности социальной структуры аграрного сектора, подчеркивается необходимость переориентации направлений бюджетного финансирования на улучшение качества социально-бытовой инфраструктуры села, повышение качества жизни и работы сельского населения, как это принято в развитых странах. Обобщен зарубежный опыт развития потребительской кооперации и опыт российских регионов-лидеров кооперативного движения, отмечается необходимость системного развития сельскохозяйственной потребительской кооперации, актуализации стратегических направлений устойчивого развития сельских территорий.
