Ключевые показатели деятельности (KPIs): от стратегии к реально работающим показателям

Abstract

Предлагается один из вариантов разработки и внедрения ключевых показателей деятельности организации (KPIS) на основе подхода с использованием сбалансированной системы показателей (BSC). Конкретизированы необходимые условия: наличие стратегии и стратегических целей, работающей системы управленческого учета, сотрудников с компетенциями аналитиков. Обоснована необходимость выделения нескольких групп показателей в рамках KPIS с учётом специфики организации.
