Abstract

В условиях современного развития малое предпринимательство представляет собой существенную часть экономики и интегральный элемент конкурентного рыночного механизма. Предприятия малого бизнеса имеют важное социально-экономическое значение, так как способны смягчать последствия структурных преобразований, быстрее адаптироваться к изменяющимся потребностям рынка, вносить значительный вклад в региональное развитие, заниматься разработкой и внедрением технических, технологических и организационных нововведений. В связи с чем, наблюдается повсеместная необходимость развития деятельности данных субъектов хозяйствования в направлении модернизации, которое требует активизации государственной поддержки с учетом инновационной конъюнктуры.
