Привлечение Молодежи Томской Области К Участию В Инновационных Преобразованиях, Представленных В «Стратегии-2020»

Abstract

Для успешной реализации положений «Стратегии-2020» необходимо создать условия для максимальной организационной и финансовой самостоятельности городов как центров экономического развития. Правительство должно заручиться поддержкой граждан, в первую очередь, молодых инициативных людей, чьими силами и будет реализовываться Стратегия в каждом регионе. Но прежде всего, нужно определить уровень осведомленности и разработать конкретные рекомендации для повышения заинтересованности граждан в совершенствовании и реализации Стратегии. В данной работе на примере молодежи Томской области представлено исследование и даны конкретные рекомендации по повышению уровня осведомленности и степени участия в таком глобальном проекте как «Стратегия-2020».
