Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке возможностей реализации основных направлений государственной политики в области здорового питания населения Российской Федерации и достижения параметров развития отечественного производства в соответствии с Доктриной продовольственной безопасности Российской Федерации. Выявлены основные проблемы развития производства молока и говядины, предложены направления его совершенствования с учетом негативного воздействия факторов, меняющих ситуацию на глобальном рынке продовольствия и в сфере производства.
