Abstract

В статье раскрываются вопросы внедрения систем электронного документооборота через призму стратегического менеджмента. Применение инструментов стратегического менеджмента: внешний и внутренний анализ, стратегическое планирование, реализация стратегии – призвано структурировать и оптимизировать теоретическую и практическую деятельность организации по внедрению СЭД. Разработана матрица «взаимодействие с внешним миром – зрелость организации» призвана облегчить процесс принятия решений по выбору стратегии внедрения СЭД в организации. Обосновывается использование модульного внедрения – как эффективного инструмента корректировки СЭД.
