Abstract

Интернет с каждым годом становится все доступней и проще в использовании, что влечет за собой рост интернет-аудитории. Современный покупатель – пользователь виртуальных социальных сетей, со своей моделью поведения, которая не вписывается в привычные представления, описанные в классических экономических учениях. Бизнесу пора пересмотреть подходы к взаимодействию с внешней средой, и для этого пока еще есть отличный шанс.
