Инфраструктура Социально-Экономического Пространства Региона И Процессы Инновационного Развития Территории (На Примере Волгоградской Области)

Abstract

В работе отражены результаты авторского исследования инновационных процессов в российских регионах в свете реализации государственных принципов многополярного развития, позволившего сформулировать основные положения политики регионального развития территорий на основе комплексной оценки их особенностей. Доказана возможность и целесообразность формирования инновационных инфраструктур конкретных региональных систем на основе ранжирования «точек роста» с последующим ее «закреплением» в документах развития региона. Предложено использование в практике управления территориями понятие «инфраструктура» в новом, пространственном, аспекте.
