Оценка Результатов Деятельности Научных Работников: Опыт Новой Зеландии

Abstract

В связи с растущей значимостью науки для экономики и с жесткими бюджетными ограничениями в России вопрос повышения эффективности государственного финансирования научно-исследовательской деятельности становится всё более актуальным. Планируемый переход на систему эффективных контрактов в науке требует проведения регулярной оценки результатов деятельности научных сотрудников, что обусловливает необходимость разработки методики такой оценки. В рамках настоящей статьи представлен анализ проведения индивидуальной оценки результатов труда научных сотрудников в странах ОЭСР на примере опыта Новой Зеландии и предложены пути применения этого опыта в России при разработке методики оценки результатов деятельности научных сотрудников.
