Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы повышения доступности инфраструктуры распределительного электросетевого комплекса для присоединения новых потребителей. Дана характеристика значимости влияния факторов продолжительности и стоимости подключения к электрическим сетям на формирование благоприятного инвестиционного климата. Исследованы особенности деятельности электросетевых компаний в сфере технологического присоединения потребителей в нашей стране и за рубежом. Обобщены принципы и подходы к формированию платы за технологическое присоединение к электрическим сетям, применяемые регуляторами в различных юрисдикциях. Предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию российской модели технологического присоединения к электрическим сетям с учетом лучшего мирового опыта.
