Abstract

В статье анализируется роль и место советов директоров в деятельности российских публичных и непубличных компаний. Информационная основа исследования – серия из 15 углубленных интервью с членами советов директоров и специалистами в области корпоративного управления, проведенных весной–летом 2012 года.
