Abstract

В данной статье представлен обзор последних исследований в области влияния корпоративного управления на эффективность в коммерческих банках. Мы изучаем результаты исследований, посвященных двум ключевым нефинансовым характеристикам банка. Первая часть статьи посвящена влиянию состава совета директоров на эффективность коммерческого банка. Мы рассматриваем такие драйвера эффективности как размер совета директоров, процент независимых директоров и участие женщин в совете директоров. Вторая часть статьи сфокусирована на структуре собственности банка. Особое внимание мы уделяем различию драйверов эффективности банка в развитых и развивающихся странах, а также изменениям во времена финансового кризиса.
