Abstract

Вопрос эффективного управления предприятием является актуальным для большинства организаций. Необходимость принятия во внимание как стратегических, так и тактических целей деятельности делает вопрос учета всех существенных аспектов деятельности организации актуальным. В статье рассматривается сбалансированная система показателей и практическое внедрение такой системы на примере дочернего предприятия ОАО «АвтоВАЗ».
